Mask Policy

ALL clients must wear a mask due to COVID 19 to their scheduled appointment if you do not have a mask you cannot be serviced.

No-Show Policy

EVERY CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A 3 no show recommendation if a client is a no show and there is no contact made via phone text or email before the appointment. The credit card on file will be charged a 10% fee and you will not be on a walk in based only.

Late Policy

A 10 minute grace period is allowed for waxing services. If it exceeds you will need to reschedule to a later time or date. If multiple services have been booked and now have to be deleted the cancellation fee will also be applied. All services booked must be completed at the time of your appointment to prevent any cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We greatly appreciate at least a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Your card on file will be charged 50% if not in the allotted time. You may call to cancel.

Children or Extra Guests Policy

Due to limited space in the wax suite no extra guests or children are allowed inside the private room during any service. This allows me to concentrate on the service without any DISTRACTIONS.
